6.1. Quality of the Goods is defined according to methods of check of the International standards (ISO or equivalent).
6.2 Wheat flour quality indices shall conform to the following parameters:

8.1. USD 326/MT United States Dollars per one metric ton
9. TERMS OF PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BOND
9.1. THE PAYMENT for the Goods is to be effected by Irrevocable, covered letter of credit
9.1.1. Irrevocable Divisible, Stand by of Credit is to be issued by order of the Buyer in favor of the Seller via S.W.I.F.T., in bank of the Seller.
