Monopotassium Phosphate (MKP) Food Grade is mainly used as a food additive in food products, monopotassium phosphate is also used to improve the texture and stability of the final product and prevent the development of off-flavors. It is commonly used in bakery goods, dairy products, and processed meats, as well as in beverages and sports drinks. It also has industrial applications like used inthe production of fungicides and in nutrient solutions, special fertilizers, non-linear optical material for laser applications, and wastewater purification. It is employed as a buffering agent in pH calculations, paper processing, pharmaceuticals, urinary acidifiers, baking powder, and food products.

Monopotassium phosphate are widely applied in all kinds of economic crops, such as grain, melon and fruit, vegetables which bas been testified with significant effect for increase production, prompt quality, lodging resistance, disease resistance, prevention and treatment of premature aging etc, and with the effect to overcome malnutrition by aging crop roots absorption at later growth stage.
