These are easily pourable pigment preparations that are extremely concentrated and are in paste form. We offer both Organic & Inorganic Pigment Dispersion pastes that are easily soluble in water. You can mix with a binder in any ratio. You can avail the paraffin paste in drums of 25 / 50 kg's or as per your needs.

You can use it in upholstery, nappa, shoe as well as other leather products. These are extremely well dispersed and can be used for glazed and resin finishes. The pigments have been selected to attain maximum covering power possible. Except the Bright black and Glazing black colors, other contain zero dyestuff. The quantity of dispersing agent and binding in the pastes is minimum i.e. in quantity that is enough to maintain the suspension of the pigments during long storage. You can avail the colors in about 12-18 shades and intermix them as per requirement.

The binder content for purposes of finished formulation should be ignored and sufficient quantities of protein or resin emulsions to bind the pigment should be added. Prime Eco Range â?? Leather colors The Eco range series are preparation s of individual pigment powder in aqueous medium. They contain very small quantity of casein as medium carrier. The Eco range leather pigments on account of the transparency of the fine pigment particulars are suitable for aniline and semi-aniline finishes. Eco range products also deliver a better leveling compared to the inorganic series.

It can be best printed in combination with binder SLN/SFN on cotton, viscose, Nylon fabrics polyester and their blends. In order to attain high degree of fastness properties on synthetic fabrics, we recommend the use of fixer. Our pigment emulsion is based on the oil in water based emulsion system. The key ingredients of the paste that you can avail from us are Acid Liberating agents as catalysts, Binder and Kerosene or mineral turpentine or synthetic thickeners.

10 parts binder
5 parts cepol LV % thickening 2 parts urea depending on atmospheric conditions
6 parts water
1 part emulsifier
76 parts kerosene or mineral turpentine under high speed tinting

Preparation for Print Paste :
1-4 parts peron pigment emulsion
4-4 parts diammonium phosphate (1:3) solution
95-92 parts 10% binder reduction thickening.
Addition of extra binder is recommended above 4% shade to meet the ratio of pigment emulsions to binder to 1:2.5.
The fabric printed with Peron pigment emulsions/binder system is fixed by curing at 140c for 5min in hot air curing chamber.
