FRP electrolytic cells
FRP electrolytic cells are widely used in electro-refining & electro-winning industry, such as Pb, Zn, Cu, Mn, and so on. Production process:
Due to electrolytic cell with high anti-corrosion requirement, Unionsum will select suitable cell manufacture process according to different cell operation condition (electrolyte and temperature).
Optimum material composition and mould manufacture process to avoid resin gummosis phenomenon;
Double-side of plate manufacture synchronously, then coating with yellow gel for oxygen insulation, to increase anti-corrosion and weather resistance performance and service life.
Reinforced rib with FRP coating manufacture through female mould process, with good integration performance, no layer separation and cavitations between FRP and reinforcing rib, increased cell anti-deformation ability.

Pump for lead kettle
Application range: flow rate 5~100t/h
Structure description: Composed by the impeller, pump casing, pump shaft, bearing assembly, coupling assembly, frame, and motor etc.
Characteristics:
1.Wide flow range and precise control 15~80 t/h �±10%;
2.High head: 1.5m~16m, and can be equipped with the long-distance conveying system to make the conveying distance to reach 40 meters;
3.Wide temperature range: 180â??~550â??;
4.Long service life, 3~6 months for impeller, 6~12 months for pump shaft and pump casing;
5.High surface finish to ensure that it is not easy to form slag;
6.Stable operation without noise and vibration.
Advantage: Normally the impurity content in the lead liquid will increase along with the continuously increasing melting temperature, so the pump is easy to be blocked. To meet the special requirements of the new process, our lead pump uses high-temperature-resistant material, reasonable flow channel design, and precision machining of parts. It can be used at a temperature of 800�°-900�°.
Scope of application: It is used for high-temperature transportation of lead liquid, such as lead liquid transportation in multi-metal comprehensive recovery projects, alloy lead liquid transportation in the process of lead alloy smelting.
Features: The pump shaft, pump casing, impeller, support frame, and other important parts are made of high temperature resistant stainless steel, which can operate stably for a long time in a high-temperature environment.
Equipped with a special working platform with heat insulation, it can effectively reduce the heat radiation to the bearings and motors above the lead pump and extend its service life.
Performance: The temperature of the liquid lead can reach 900, and the flow rate is 20~100t/h or more.
