Overview of Jaw crusher
Jaw Crusher is typically used as primary crushers, or the first step in the process of reducing rock. They typically crush using compression. The rock is dropped between two rigid pieces of metal, one of which then move inwards towards the rock, and the rock is crushed because it has a lower breaking point than the opposing metal piece.
Jaw crusher movement is obtained by using a pivot point located at one end of the "swing jaw", and an eccentric motion located at the opposite end.

Working Principle of of Jaw crusher
The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when moving jaw moves. So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.

¡¾Overview of the Ceramic Ball Mill:

The Ceramic Ball Mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate electricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball. After the secondary grinding, material is discharged from the discharging mouth. Then the whole grinding process is ended.

¡¾Overview of Overflow Type Ball Mill:
Normally, overflow type ball mill adopts wet production structure, which is one of the most widely used ball mill equipments. The finished ore pulp is discharged from the output end by flooding and with a high capacity.
