Mr. Sharan V.R our Chief Technical Officer (CTO) was Masters in Food Science and Technology at M. S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bengaluru, Karnataka a university 2nd rank holder with Silver Medal. He worked as a Research Assistant at Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) which is an Indian apex food research institute and laboratory was established in 1950. In Angel Sharan V.R is applying his food science knowledge to determine best ways to process, package, preserve, store, and distribute food. He has complete understanding of food and ingredients from farm till they reach the plate for consumption. Analyse food content to determine levels of vitamins, fat, sugar, and protein. To discover new food sources and Research ways to make processed foods safe, palatable, and healthful food products.
