Corn Syrup Solids (DE 26-30) is a premium quality, plant-based sweetener derived from corn and processed under strict quality standards. It is a white to cream colored, free-flowing powder that is fully soluble in cold water and offers excellent stability. With a Dextrose Equivalent (DE) of 26-30, it functions as a bulking agent, texturizing agent, fat replacer, stabilizer, emulsifier and taste improver.
