Foxtail millets have a sweet, bitter taste. This is a balanced food apart from having 8% of fiber. It has 12% of protein. It's a good food for diabetic patients. Bharwa in English means to fill. This particular recipe is inspired from my mother-in-law's Sindhi kitchen.
