Polypropylene bulk bags of 1.0 ton, which should comply with BS EN ISO 21898:2005 and having the with following specifications:
1. Outer bag: Heavy Duty Polypropylene Fabric, 240 g/m, UV stabilized, Polyethylene liner or lamination, which fits into FIBC. Liner thickness should be a 6 mil LLD Polyethylene stitched all the way.
2. Safe Working Load (SWL) 1.5MT
3. Safety Factor: 6:1(both for Offshore and onshore).¨
4. Bag Type:
a. Standard duty reusable for offshore requirement
b. Single trip for onshore requirement.
5. Lifting Loops: Cross corner lifting straps which are stitched all the way around the bag, Color contrasting from the bag's fabric color.¨
6. Filling and discharge: Jumbo bag should have top & bottom spouts for filling and discharge, cord tied, the inner bag to be attached to the top of the outer bag.
7. UV Protection: The bags should be UV treated to the minimum level of 200 Kly. The residual tensile. Strength of the bulk bag should at least be 50% after 12 months.
