Below present our general procedures for the purchase and sale of sugar of Brazilian origin:
1- Buyer issues a Letter of Intention (LOI) addressed to Seller;
2- Seller issues a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO);
3- If Buyer accepts SCO, signs and seals SCO and then sends to Seller;
4- Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO);
5- Buyer signs and seals FCO and issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO), addressed to Seller;
6- Seller issues draft of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) to be discussed and commented;
7- SPA is signed by Seller and Buyer;
8- Buyer issues draft of the Payment Instrument (SBLC/DLC) for approval by Seller�´s Bank;
9- If Seller�´s Bank accepts, Buyer issues the bank guarantee (SBLC/DLC);
10- Seller issues Performance Bond (PB) 2%;
11- Seller prepares the product and export documents;
12- Buyer receives the export documents by mail;
13- Buyer makes payment 100% to Seller�´s Bank through transfer bank (Swift Message MT-103);
14- Shipping;
15- Seller sends the original export documents to Buyer;

The financial instrument (SBLC / DLC) must be issued by the Top 50 Bank in the world ranking.

As a Thickener and Stabilizer:
Angel RS 3700-Modified Starch-E1413 Maize based can be used in foods as a bulking agent and stabilizer. Gives medium smooth thickness & texture to the products like Ketchup, Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce, Chocolate sauce, Canned foods, Baked Foods, Gravies, Yoghurt, Jelly, Pudding, Bakery products Biscuits, Cookies and Dairy products.
For Shear Applications :
Angel RS 3700-Modified Starch- E1413 Maize based has high process tolerance, it is resistant to high heat and shear. It has high resistance against acids, sugar, salt and excellent freeze/thaw stability. It adds luster to the products, making them more appealing.
For Gluten-Free Products:
It contains 75% dietary fibre which is easily digestible. Even it can be used as a Gluten-Free substitute in various foods including baby foods, confectionery, jelly type sweets, iced lollies, wine gums, yogurts, fruit-flavored fillings and batter mixes to egg white mix.
For Candy and Confectioneries:
It is particularly applied in candy making as it helps to form shell like structure easily. The starch that is gelatinized is applied in preparing jelly confectioneries as it transforms the gummy ingredients into candies with soft texture."

Padmaa is a Physically Modified starch, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Plant-based, Non-GMO starch. It is produced by Physical modification of starch to enhance its properties. It is used as functional food ingredient to enhance the texture of Pappad like products.

APPLICATIONS
As a texture enhancer:
Padmaa is primarily used to enhance the texture of Pappad related products such as Pappad, appalam, fryums. Padmaa form strong bonds, blending well with other ingredients. Hence it prevents the cracking of the product while drying. It also enhances the crispiness and enhances the mouth feel of the product.
As Natural Leavening agent:
Padmaa combines with the added leavening agent in the product and forms network like structure. This network formation traps the gases formed while kneading. Then the trapped gas is released instantly while frying in oil resulting in increased expansion of the product. It can also be used for Khakara.
