Brass casting refers to the use of brass as a raw material and casting into castings that can be used in different fields. Common grades are C2100, C2200 and so on.
An alloy generally composed of copper and zinc, known as brass, has a golden yellow appearance. Some other elements can be added to brass to produce special brass that works in different environments. Generally, the hardness and cutting performance of brass products are very good, so they can be processed into different and more refined products.
Brass has a small crystallization temperature interval and has better casting properties. Compared with tin bronze, cast brass has better mechanical properties. In addition, the zinc contained in brass leads to lower cost of brass, but also because of The presence of zinc makes cast brass have poor corrosion resistance, and other elements are usually added to brass to enable brass to have some other properties to adapt to work in different environment
