Description YL-15 is naphthalene-based non-corrosive, non-chlorine compound antifreeze admixture which compounded with water-reducing, early-strength, reducing the freezing point, preventing freezing damage etc. ingredients, powder, it has early-strength, water-reducing, air-entraining, anticorrosion etc. functions. It is mixed to the concrete according to the request, can obviously improve the configuration of the capillary pores and reduce free-water and the freezing point of the concrete effectively. And it can accelerate cement hydration and concrete hardening under the low temperature condition, enhance the early strength greatly and make the strong more and more by time, is ideal admixture for construction in winter. Uses YL-15 is suitable for the winter construction (in ambient temperatures ranging from -5 degree to -20 degree) of common concrete, pumping concrete, large volume concrete and ready mixed concrete. Advantage YL-15 is a new generation of high efficient anti-freezing admixture. Small dosage, completely water soluble, low alkali, apparent reducing effect on the alkali-aggregate reaction. Description Naphthalene Sulfonate (UNF-5) concrete admixture, a high range water reducer with no air entraining, is commonly referred to as a superplasticizer, also named Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate (NSF), SNF, PNS, etc.. Naphthalene Sulfonate (UNF-5) concrete admixture is made of naphthalene, sulfonic acid, formaldehyde and alkali through sulphuration, hydrolyzation, condensation and neutralization reaction. Naphthalene Sulfonate (UNF-5) concrete admixture contains no chloride. It complies with chemical admixture specifications for concrete: ASTM C 494, Type F; ASTM C 1017. Application 1.Naphthalene Sulfonate (UNF-5) concrete admixture is suitable to make autotrophic concrete, steam curing concrete, steel concrete and prestress concrete, all of which are made mainly of portland cement. When concrete added this superplasticizer needs to be steam cured, it requires considerable structural strength. When Naphthalene Sulfonate (UNF-5) concrete admixture is applied in the form of powder, normal dosage ranges from 0.5% to 1.0% of the weight of cementitious material in 1m3 of concrete, while the suggested rate is 0.75% considering technical and economic factors. When being handled or stored, special care should be taken to broken package, humidity and moisture to avoid consolidating. If it consolidated, please dry, shatter, then sift it through 0.63mm apertures or make solution before using. 3. Naphthalene Sulfonate (UNF-5) concrete admixture should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry. It remains effective in one year. 4.
