The spent abrasivefrom blasting operation after passing through the perforated floor plates willget collected into the cabinet�?�¢�?â?¬�?â?¢s bottom storage hopper. From where it istransferred to the bucket elevator, which elevate the abrasivevertically and discharges the same into a media separation unit where dust andfine abrasives are cleaned ensuring that only clean abrasive will re-circulateto the blast wheel units for effective and better cleaning. A Dust collectionsystem is provided with the machine which will continuously remove the dust andfine particles, thus keeping the inside of the machineand the nearby environment dust & pollution free.
