Talc is an amazingly variable mineral with a massive range of uses across several industries. It is the softest rock on the planet. Softness, water repellency, chemical inertness, platyness, and an affinity for organic compounds are all characteristics of talc Talc is a highly desired multi-functional filler and process facilitator in a wide range of applications, including plastics, paper, ceramics, and paint. The physical properties of talc are softness as it ranks 1 on the Mohs scale, natural affinity with oils making it an excellent hydrophobic mineral and its chemical inertness. It is an extremely useful mineral in the manufacturing of solar panels, semiconductors and electronics, aluminium and steel alloys, and also in the construction sector, after being transformed into silicon (Si) through gaseous reduction at high temperatures. Aryan Tiles is one of the biggest producers and suppliers for talc in India. We extract our talc mineral from several regions of Rajasthan. Our scientists and process experts collaborate with customers to develop innovative minerals that satisfy their specific industriesâ?? needs. Talc, or talcum, is a clay mineral, composed of hydrated magnesium silicate with the chemical formula Mgâ??Siâ??Oâ??â??(OH)â?? Talc provide the ideal blend of stiffness and impact strength, allowing producers to create parts that are both thinner and lighter and thus reducing overall vehicle weight within the automation sector. It also improves rubber permeability, lowers tyre rolling resistance and increases vehicle fuel efficiency. Further in the paints and coatings, talc works as an excellent natural alternative to less environmentally friendly TiO2 for increasing coating mechanical and optical qualities. Moreover, in the pulp and paper industry, talc is great for preventing deposits, allowing mills to operate in closed water circuits, and maximizing prime resources. Furthermore, in the ceramic tiles and sanitary ware, talc improves vitrification, allowing manufacturers to lower firing temperatures and shorten firing cycles. In the agriculture industry, talc-based mineral solution works as natural alternatives to pesticides for preserving fruit from the sun's rays and diseases. They are perfect for organic agriculture. Talcs are also used to make fertilizer flow and anti-caking agents. Talc has wide range of applications within several industries. And, our production and supply of talc mineral are innovative and of premium quality. We have been able to cater to the specified needs with our years of technical expertise.

Soapstone Or Talc: Talc is the word’s softest mineral. Although all talc ores are soft, platy, water repellent and chemically inert, no two talcs are quite the same. Talc is a vital Part of everyday life. The magazines we read, the polymers in our cars and houses, the paints we use and the tiles we walk on are just some of the products that talc enhances. Talc is a hydrated magnesium sheet silicate with the chemical formula Mg3Si4O10(OH)2. The elementary sheet is composed of a layer of magnesium-oxygen/hydroxyl octahedral, sandwiched between two layers of silicon oxygen tetrahedral. The main or basal surfaces of this elementary sheet do not contain hydroxyl groups or active ions, which explains talc’s hydrophobicity and inertness. China Clay: China Clay is a clay mineral with the chemical composition AlSiO3O5(OH)3. It is layered silicate mineral. It is soft earthy, usually white in color, produced by the chemical weathering of Aluminium Silicate mineral like Feldspar. Commercial grades of China Clay are supplied and transported as dry powder form, semi dry noodle form or as slurry. Applications: - It is used in Cer/bamics for body & glazing of Tiles and Sanitary Wares. - In paper it is used as filler. It is also used for paper coating purpose. - It is used in paint also to extend Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) and modify gloss level. - It is used in rubber to enhance reinforcement properties.
Dolomite: Dolomite was named for the French mineralogist Deodat de Dolomieu. The mineral dolomite is commonly found in deposits of a sedimentary rock called dolostone. There are two types of materials often called dolomite, a true chemically uniform calcium magnesium carbonate with the chemical formula CaMg(CO3)2, and a dolomite limestone, which is just an irregular mixture of calcium and magnesium carbonates. Dolomite is believed to have formed by replacement of some of the calcium in a calcium carbonate limestone deposit with magnesium, while the sediment was undergoing lithification, being converted from layers of dead clam and other sea animal shells into crystallized calcite or calcium carbonate. The resultant dolomite mineral, CaMg(CO3) is a true double salt. The calcium and magnesium ions in dolomite exist in separate layers in the crystal matrix. Dolomite has a calcium layer, then a carbonate layer, then a magnesium layer then a carbonate layer, and so on Dolomite is harder and denser than the calcite form of calcium carbonate or limestone, and is more chemically inert and more impervious to acid attack. Calcite: Calcium carbonate, or CaCO3, comprises more than 4% of the earth’s crust and is found throughout the world. Its most common natural forms are chalk, limestone, and marble, produced by the sedimentation of the shells of small fossilized snails, shellfish, and coral over millions of years. Although all three forms are identical in chemical terms, they differ in many other respects, including purity, whiteness, thickness and homogeneity.
