ENC3140 4 to 1 H.264 SD encoder is broadcasting-level DVB standard encoder which high reliability and advanced compressing arithmetic. This encoder adopts the advanced circuit and embedded clock correct circuit, which reduce the signal programs needs and make sure to achieve excellent picture with very lower bitrate signals. It uses leading-edge compression technology H264/AVC and a variety of audio coding algorithm, It widely can be used to support IPTV,digital Cable/Terrestial/satellite standard,video surveillance applications. In addition, the ENC3140 provides one of the higher compression efficiencies in the broadcasting,making it possible to transmit high quality video content at the lower bandwidth.
