It is made from ultra-thin float glass. Before cutting, the mirror sheet is given a special treatment to form an invisible protective film on the sur-face. Due to that film, the mirror becomes hydrophobic, haze-resistant and shiny with a reflectivity over 80%. There are about 30 different mirrors, with different thickness ranging from 0.75mm to 2.0mm (+/-0.1mm), as well as various shapes and sizes like rectangular, round and other odd shapes. What's more , Shengda has ext-ended that line to produce precision medical mirrors and other related hi-tech products.
