Abrus precatorius offered is a plant species from the kingdom of Plantae, division – Magnoliophyta, class – Magnoliopsida, order – Fabales and family – Fabaceae. It is also known by other popular names including Crab's Eye, Tento Muido, Precatory Bean, Cain Ghe, Weesboontje, Graines Reglisse, Hint Meyankoku, Hung Tou, Jequerit, and has habitat throughout Central India. It’s a twining herb having long, pinnate-leafleted feathery leaves and is also identified as Gunja in Sanskrit and some Indian languages.
