Having passed Hot Strip Mill and Continuous Pickling Line, after rolling on Cold Reversing Mill (CRM), full hard products with surface quality and thickness (0.25-2.00 mm) suitable for further processing on HDGL are produced. Zinc coating is applied by continuous annealing followed by immerging of the strip into zinc pot on Hot Dip Galvanizing Line (HDGL) To protect the surface of galvanized products from corrosion, chemical passivation and protective oil may be applied. Products with thickness ranging between 0.25-3.00 mm and width ranging between 800-1530 mm may be produced on Hot Dip Galvanizing Line.
