PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

1. MATERIAL
Welded stainless steel tube, grade AISI 304 (EN 1.4301), produced in compliance with EN 10296-2 or equivalent standard.
2. DIMENSIONS
* Outer diameter: 32 mm
* Wall thickness: 0.4 mm
* Cut lengths required:
– L. 250 mm ? approx. 50,000 pcs/month
– L. 300 mm ? approx. 5,000 pcs/month
– L. 500 mm ? approx. 5,000 pcs/month
3. CUT & FINISH
Tubes must be cut to the exact lengths specified above. Both ends must be deburred and free from any sharp edges or burrs.
4. SURFACE FINISH
External surface: polished finish. Please indicate the Ra value or grit equivalent achievable.
5. TOLERANCES
Please provide your standard production tolerances for outer diameter, wall thickness, length, and straightness. Any applicable norms or internal standards should be referenced.
6. END USE
These tubes are intended for sanitary drainage applications (siphons/waste fittings for bathrooms and kitchens).
7. PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES
Before placing a regular order, we require a pre-production sample batch for quality approval. Please indicate sample lead time and any related costs.
8. PACKAGING
Tubes to be packed in cardboard boxes, loaded on standard wooden pallets. Please specify box dimensions, quantity per box, and gross weight per pallet.
9. DELIVERY TERMS
Quotation requested on FOB basis. Please indicate the nearest port of shipment.
