The development of all gypsum boards begins with a mineral rock, which is gray to white in color and is called gypsum. The basic mineral is composed of calcium sulfate chemically combined with water of crystallization. The combined water makes up approximately 20% of weight of gypsum rock. This is the feature that gives gypsum its fire resistant quality and makes it so adaptable for construction purposes. After gypsum rock is mined or quarried, it is crushed, dried, and ground to flour fineness, then calcined to drive off the greater part of the chemically combined water as steam. This calcined gypsum, commonly called plaster of paris, is then mixed with water and other ingredients and sandwiched between two sheets of specially manufactured paper to form various types of gypsum board or specially formulated and bagged for shipment as gypsum plaster or cement. Gypsum boards are formed in a highly automated continuous process. After the gypsum board has set, the boards are cut to length, dried, prefinished if required, and packed for shipment. All processing is in strict accordance with specifications and complies with more than 256 procedures and work instructions to meet quality standards and customer's satisfaction. Glow wire tester Discussion of the Glow Wire Test (Varies as per relevant standard): 1. Object of the Test - Components or parts under Fault or Overload conditions, may attain a Temperature such that they will ignite parts in their vicinity. The GLOW - WIRE Test simulates thermal stresses which may be produced by such source of heat or ignition. e.g. glowing elements or overloaded resistors, may be for short duration, in order to assess by a simulation technique the Fire Hazard. 2. General Description of the Test - a. If possible, the specimen should be a complete equipment, sub-assembly or a component. b. While taking a part / parts of an enclosure for the Tests, care must be taken to ensure that the Test Conditions are not significantly different from those occurring in the Normal usage, with regard to shape, ventilation, effect of thermal stress and possible flames occurring, burning or glowing particles falling in the vicinity of the specimen. c. The Test is applied to ensure - 1. That the Glow - wire Loop which is electrically heated to a temperature specified, does not under defined conditions cause ignition of the Part/Parts. 2. That the part which might have been ignited, has a limited duration of burning, without spreading of fire by its flame or burning or glowing particles. d. This type of test may not be appropriate for too small components / parts / sub assemblies, which may need Needle Flame Test. 3. Test Apparatus - a. The Glow - Wire consists of a specified loop of a Nickel / Chromium ( 80/20 ) wire of 4 mm dia. b. Sheathed fine wire thermocouple, of overall dia. 0.5 mm ( wires of NiCr & NiAl ) with welded point / joint located in the 0.6 mm hole in the Loop of Glow - Wire. c. The Sheath consists of metal , resistant to a temperature of 960 deg. C in working. d. The instrument for measuring thermovoltage have 1 % accuracy. e. The Test Apparatus is so designed that the Glow - Wire Loop is horizontal and the mounted specimen moves horizontally towards the Loop with a force applied 0.8 to 1.2 N, for a penetration distance of 7 mm max. f. To evaluate the possibility of spread of fire, a layer of the material or components normally surrounded underneath the specimen is placed underneath the specimen at a distance equal to the distance between the specimen and the surrounding material or components when the specimen is mounted as in normal use. If a subassembly or a part of the equipment is tested separately, a piece of white pinewood board, approximately 10 mm thick and covered with a single layer of tissue paper, is positioned at a distance of 200+/- 5mm below the place where the glow-wire is applied to the specimen, unless otherwise specified in the relevant specification.

All the functions and load distribution of the HRP are properly arranged according to the technical specification of the chassis truck on which it is mounted. The equipment is manufactured in serial production principals taking into account the legal regulations. Body: The body is manufactured from steel plates. All the body is reinforced with U sectioned vertical steel profiles. There is dirty water tank in front bottom of the body and a discharge hose. The body is mounted on the vehicle chassis with elastic elements.Crossing members under the body pass through C sectioned subframe, thus supporting the floor plate rigidly. Ejection plate: Ejection plate moves in the NPU rails welded above from the floor to the inner sides of the body. Ejection plate has easily replaceable poliamid shoes with bolted. Ejection plate moves by means of a double acting telescopic cylinder. It is kept at the rear of the body when it is empty, and moves automatically to the front by means of a counter pressure valve as the refuse is packed in the tailgate. Tailgate: Tailgate is connected to the body with top hinges and opened upwards by means of two double acting hydraulic cylinders. It is locked automatically when it is closed. Top hinges, locking hooks and the hydraulic cylinders are placed in the same line preventing additional stress on the rear frame. There is a specially formed sealing element mounted on tailgate to prevent any dirty water leakage from the body. It is made from a rubber which resists wear and acids. There is a hopper made from wear resistant high carbon steel in the tailgate. The refuse being loaded in the hopper is pressed into the body by means of a compression mechanism powered by double acting hydraulic cylinders. There is a dirty water discharging tap under the hopper. The compression mechanism consists of a slide linearly moving in the rails on the sides of the tailgate and a showel radially moving on the tip of the slide. Movement of showel is made by the two double acting hydraulic cylinder mounted on top of the slide and movement of the slide is made by two double acting hydraulic cylinder mounted on the outer sides the tailgate keeping them out of the refuse loading area. The rails are made from thick solid steel bar and the slide has four anti-wearing high density nylon shoes moving in the rails. The shoes are easily replaceable from the outside since the rail is open type. The slide has also for centering shoes to keep it in central position securely. There is a safety bar hinged under the tailgate to be used between the body and the tailgate to keep the tailgate securely opened during the maintenance. There are also antidropping safety valves on teh hydraulic cylinders which are opening the tailgate to prevent it to fall down because of any defect even a hose burst. Hydraulic installation: Hydraulic power is obtained by means of a hydraulic gear pump mounted to the PTO on the gearbox of the chassis. Capacity of the pump is so chosen that, adjusted compression cycle is achieved in the tailgate. PTO is controlled from the cab. Hydraulic oil tank has suction filter, return filter, a venting cover, a level and temperature indicator, a ball valve at the suction line, and a discharge tap. All piping is made with cold rolled, normalised and phospate coated tubes according to DIN 2391 C norms. All the connections are of EO type and according to SAE 100 R4.
