TASTING A very fine perlage with amber yellow color, with a fresh cut. Slightly austere approach, later evolved and expressed in the vegetal flavour, floral lily and mimosa. The unique essence of this wine comes from both autoctone grapes and a pressure of the bottle below 5 bar. Satin is a wine capable of giving a smooth and creamy perlage. The cuve is produced with a blend in the base wines exclusively with Chardonnay fermentation and aging part in oak barriques and part in stainless steel tanks. The name Satin is only reserved to Franciacorta DOCG and it indicates a wine with strong creamy, silky note. Bersi Serlini has produced Satin since 1995. HARVEST Winemaking is processed with natural respect for the identity of the terroir Bersi Serlini. The careful selection of the grapes implies a separation from the first and second picks, where 30% of Chardonnay is left to ferment in French oak barrels from the Tronais region.
