The C1300 press has been designed and developed exclusively for the production of aluminum food containers, dishes and trays.

These products are obtained by blanking and forming of aluminum which has been unwound from a coil.

The C1300 press is a â??Hâ??-frame press with 80-ton capacity. The large working bedplate of the press is equipped with two removable supports with adjustable height to facilitate changing the tools while protecting the surfaces of the press. This permits the press to use standard tools as well as tools designed with air cylinders below the bottom plate.

The press uses one brushless motors to feed the aluminum strip allowing accurate control of step and speed. The height of the feeding system is manually adjustable to match the strip height of the tool currently in use on the press.

There are electronic cams (solenoid valves) controlled by a PLC and fixed air connections with pressure regulators, providing easy tool set-up.

The C1300 press is equipped with two compressed air tanks. The pneumatic control panel is easily accessible during operation of the press.

The press may be equipped with tools for wrinkled-wall and smooth-wall, container production.

The productivity is 40-70 per munite, that is, this production line can produce 40-70 products per minute.(it depends on the productions complexity and size.) the fastest speed is 70 products per minute.Every mould has one cavity.If the product is small, a mould has two or more cavities.

This prodution line is composed of the followings(note1),

Surface quality
Due to the particularity of the use of aluminum foil for aviation lunch boxes and Food contact materials, the requirements for black wires (strips), pinholes and degreasing on the surface of aluminum foil are particularly high. The aluminum foil surface should be free of obvious black wires and pinholes. After annealing, the surface should meet the requirements of Class A in the water brushing test in the GB3198-1996 standard.

8011 O Aluminum foil container is added with Al-Fe-Si element, more than 1% of the total alloying elements, its alloy properties have a higher advantage, clean surface, uniform color, no speckle, flat without pinholes, with excellent moisture resistance, shading and extremely high barrier ability, strong mechanical properties, high blasting resistance, puncture resistance and tear resistance. Non-toxic, tasteless, safe and sanitary, its chemical composition is mainly 0.5-0.9 silicon, 0.6-1.0 iron, 0.1 copper, 0.2 manganese, 0.05 magnesium, 0.05 chromium, 0.1 zinc, 0.08 titanium, its tensile strength is 125-165Mpa, yield strength is 110Mpa, elongation is 2-5%.
