Payment shall be made at the port of loading after the SGS inspection has been completed and the financial instrument has been received. Upon receipt of the instrument, the Seller shall issue a 2% Performance Bond (PB). Ownership of the goods shall be transferred, and the full set of shipping documents submitted to the Buyer's bank for the release of payment via MT103.

The quotation price must be quoted in CIF any port in China inclusive the USD$15 per ton of kickback fee for the buyer.
Payment terms must be 100% DLC Irrevocable, Non-Transferable at sight payable MT103 at destination port against all shipping documents.
Performance Bond: 2%PB.
