Step 1 – First click “For Buyers” on top of any page on go4WorldBusiness and then select “Post Your Buy Requirement”.
Step 2 – When you click “Post Your Buy Requirement“, you will arrive at the following form. Please fill this form completely, carefully and accurately.
If your request is complete in every possible way and leaves very little ambiguity, the quotations you receive will also be of high quality and unnecessary back and forth with the seller can be avoided to a large extent.

Your request should always contain the following details:
- Your company details – company name, address, website, your email address, your working phone number.
- Name of the product you want to inquire about in the subject line
- All relevant details about your purchase requirement such as- quantity, destination port, payment terms, any target price, quality parameters, preferred product origin, quotation type being sought (FOB, CIF, CNF etc.), last date for accepting quotations.
If you cover the above details in your RFQ, you will receive quotations that will include these details as well.
Step 3: This step does not require you to do anything. We receive your RFQ and verify it for completeness and accuracy. We also call you and send you an email to ensure you have entered all details properly. Once verified, your lead is sent for matching with seller profiles and notifications sent to sellers informing them of your requirement.
Step 4: Suppliers who are interested to work with you for your requirement approach you with their quotations or questions if some clarification is required. At this step you can select the sellers who you find appealing and discuss further details and work towards closing your deal.

Method No. 2 : Contact sellers by searching through go4WorldBusiness
The second way you can reach manufacturers and suppliers on go4WorldBusiness is by sending them direct inquiries through their products or profiles.
Step 1 : You can search go4WorldBusiness using our search bar, which is available on most pages of our website. Just enter the product name and click on the “Find Suppliers” button as shown below.
Step 2 : Once you click “Find Suppliers”, you will be presented with our search results page that will list all sellers who are enlisted for the desired product along with products they have created.
Step 3 : If you want to send an inquiry to a few sellers, just click on the “Inquire Now” link provided next to each supplier profile and type in your detailed inquiry in the form that opens (see following image).
Needless to say, please include all these details when sending your purchase inquiry to a seller –
- Your company details – company name, address, website, your email address, your working phone number.

NOTE : If you would like to send the same inquiry to multiple sellers, you can first add multiple sellers to your favorites list by clicking on the “Add To Favorites” link next to seller profiles in search results. Then you can go to your favorites list and send the same inquiry to multiple suppliers by selecting them at the same time.
