I have already paid for Gold Membership, But now mw account not change, it's still Junior. Its been two days pay
I have already paid for Gold Membership, But now mw account not change, it's still Junior. Its been two days after payments and they email me to inform that the paid has succesfully, but noting happen to my account, I try to contact the Customer service but the reply message take so long, after that long finnaly they reply my message and asked me to send a verification documents, after all they need is done, then my account is still Junior Membership. who will be responsible for this?
