First and foremost, our apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. As we can see from our records, you are an active gold member. As per the premium member privileges, you're allowed to send up to 3000 inquiries to buyers in a month.
If for some reason, you're unable to send an inquiry to a specific member, there could be many reasons for it. The buy lead posted by buyer is no longer active or has been taken down. When you make initial contact with the buyer, the contact details of the buyer are sent to your registered email address, which you can use to directly get in touch with the respective buyer.
If you have tried all of it and still are unable to connect with the buyer, then I'd request you to send the screenshot of any possible error you are encountering to support@go4WorldBusiness.com
Our staff will address the query and resolve it for you duly.
