We're sorry to know that the membership subscription was not useful to you. There could be many reasons behind the same and while we'd love to see you continue the membership, we also intend to honour our commitment for a full refund in case any of our paid members are not happy with the subscription and services within 60 days of its purchase.
We will surely process your termination request. However, before we do the same, we would like to speak to you for a couple of minutes to understand why you are disappointed or how we could do better. Please let me know a suitable time to schedule this call. You can also send the email to support@go4worldbusiness.com along with your account details so the relevant department will get in touch with you.
If you wish to delete your profile page entirely, please mention the same request in your email from your registered email address and our support staff will take care of it for you.
