Please note that upon responding to a buy lead that lands in your inbox or while sending an inquiry, a note stating "Item not available" either means that the buyer has already connected with the supplier and taken down the buy lead he/she posted or has withdrawn the buy lead for other reasons. Either way, once the buy lead is off the website, you won't be able to send an inquiry and will get the same notification you've mentioned.
However, we'd request you to share any such technical challenge you face with us in the form of a screen shot at support@go4WorldBusiness.com so we are able to detect it immediately and provide a suitable resolution.
