First and foremost, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. It is only natural to feel frustrated if you, as a paid member, are unable to send inquiries beyond a certain number. Our membership plans are designed in such a way that they cater to different set of requirements.
Please note that while as a gold member, you're allowed unlimited number of inquiries in a month, for a silver membership, this number is limited to 50 per week. The system automatically stops you from answering more than 50 inquiries within a week if that quota has been exhausted. Like you mentioned, that you were blocked from sending inquiries, it could have been due to the same reason. We'd request you to understand the plan limitations and try and spread out sending inquiries more evenly so that you do not face any such issues in the future.
The reason, you're always prompted to upgrade to gold membership everytime you exhaust the 50 inquiries per week limit is because as a gold member, yoiu're allowed to send unlimited inquiries. But we honour your choice to remain the silver member and would advise to keep a check on the number of inquiries you send per week so that you're able to avoid this situation in the future.
