Please note that when a member decided to upgrade for gold or silver membership, a paid invoice is generated and sent to the member after the payment is realised.
The invoice includes the following information -
Member's company name and address
Provider company details
Membership activation and expiration date
GST details (if applicable)
The details above indicate the deal made between the service provider and the paid user.
