From the time you begin making the payment for upgrade to the time your status as silver or Gold member is activated and shown live on the website, there's a meticulous verification process which is followed by the internal team.
Of course, the payment gateway also takes time for the transaction to complete, but during this time, our internal team verifies all the other changes made in the profile before making it live. It usually takes 2-3 business hours (Monday to Friday) or 24-48 hours (during weekends) for activation once the payment has been realised.
