- Commercial Invoice
- Bill of Lading
- Import License
- Insurance Certificate
- Purchase order/Letter of Credit
- Industrial License (if any)
- Technical Write up of specific goods
- RCMC: Registration cum Membership Certificate
- Central Excise Documents (if any)
- Purchase Order from Buyer
- Sales Invoice of supplier
- Bill of Entry
- Bill of Lading /Air way bill
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin
- Other specific documentation required by the buyer, or financial institution or the importing country regulation
