There could be two reasons you're unable to view the buyer contact details including the Email Address -
1) You're a junior/free member - in which case you will need to consider upgrading to paid membership in order to obtain the complete buyer contact details
2) You're a paid member - however upon sending the inquiry, you're not checking or missing our on the email sent by us to your registered email address. As soon as the inquiry to a buyer is sent by a paid member, the contact details of the same buyer are shared on the member's registered email address. Kindly check the same
3) Buyer keeps the information confidential - although rare, this happens when buyers allow us to list their buy leads but do not wish to have their email or other contact details shared with anyone, including a paid member.
