There is no provision to check whether the inquiry sent to the buyer has been opened or not. However, you can add a read-receipt feature in your email. Having said that, it is imperative that we have the buyer's email address and full contact details to use the receipt feature in your email. For the same, you can consider upgrading your account.
By becoming a paid member you'll get the detailed contact information of the buyers. Thus, if you have sent an email you can contact them and remind them to check the inquiry sent.
Also, the paid members are assigned a Relationship Manager, who will help to instigate a conversation with any buyers you want to pursue.
