In order to obtain the contact information of any buyer, the seller/supplier/exporter needs to become a paid member with us. Upon sending the inquiry, such members are provided the contact details of the buyer in the registered email.
However, all suppliers listed on our website are encouraged to provide their contact details. This results in enhanced probability of being contacted by the buyers directly.
So in simple words, all buyer contact information is concealed and is not accessible upon visiting the respective profile. However, seller/supplier contact details are visible on the profile page.
