When you make a credit or debit card payment towards your account upgrade, our third party payment processor, PayPal or CCAvenue runs your payment through their security checks to ensure that the payment was made from a legitimate source and that it is safe for us to accept payment from you. Additionally, our internal staff will also ensure your account details are up-to-date and your profile is complete in all respects. Once these two verification steps complete, we upgrade your profile and you are then able to start using the Premium features of your account.
If during the verification process, we feel that additional details are required for us to process your payment, we will get in touch with you to ask for those details.
You can proactively, expedite the payment processing by sending us an email with the subject "Account upgrade documents for [ insert your Log in ID here ]". In the email, please attach the following documents:
- Your company registration/incorporation certificate
- The latest card statement for the card that was used to make the payment
- A photo ID (Passport or driver's license) of the card holder
If you send these documents to us right after making your payment towards account upgrade, the processing time will get significantly reduced.
