If you are undecided about upgrading your account and are wondering if a Gold membership will benefit your business, we encourage you to upgrade to a Gold membership and try our services for 2 months. If in the end you are not satisfied with your experience, simply request your account manager for a refund and we will be happy to refund your money.
Understand however, we do not allow gaming of this feature. Therefore, you can request and receive a refund of the subscription fees only once on your first time account upgrade.
Also, if you are dissatisfied with our service during the first 60 days, please communicate that to your account manager or a support adviser in advance (instead of the 59th day or the last week before your 60 days expire) so we can address your issues.

Why do we not provide short term trials of our Premium membership plans?
In the wholesale business, a typical order cycle is quite long and it may take you multiple rounds of back and forth negotiations before you can secure deals with buyers. Moreover, each buyer receives multiple, competing offers from other suppliers. Therefore, you will definitely not close with every buyer you message. Some of the parameters that determine your success are your communication skills, your product pricing, your location and your payment terms. Given this, it is important for you to take a long term view rather than judge the efficacy of our platform on the basis of a 7-10 day trial. And that is why we do not provide FREE trials of our subscription plans.
