Please contact customer support to check if there is something wrong with the format of the email address you used to sign up. Often, this is the reason why you are not receiving any emails from go4WorldBusiness. A lot of users inadvertently mistype email addresses causing issues. e.g. users type gamil instead of gmail, hotamil instead of hotmail etc.
At times, we may experience issues sending emails to you. This happens due to various reasons, for example, if your mailbox is full, your domain has expired, or if your mailbox is temporarily unavailable. In such cases, your account may be placed on hold and you will not receive any emails till you rectify the situation. Contacting customer support will help you determine of this is the case.
Another common reason our users do not receive our emails is because they may have overly aggressive SPAM filters installed in their mailboxes and these SPAM filters erroneously reject legitimate emails thus causing problems. Typically, your IT administrator may be able to help you if this is the case. We can help you determine if this is what is causing you to not receive our emails.
If none of the above works and you are still not receiving any emails from our end, the last fallback would be to use your gmail, yahoo or hotmail account on your go4WorldBusiness profile.
