The transport charges depend on the Incoterms of the shipment as per the shipping and destination port decided by the buyer and seller.
For example, if the Incoterm is CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight), the seller will bear the shipping charges from the shipping port to the destination port and then the buyer can arrange the transport to get the goods delivered to the buyer's premise.
If the Incoterm is FOB (Free on Board), the cost of transportation of goods on board of Airlines or on board of ship is borne by the seller. Rest of all expenses and responsibilities to arrive the goods at the buyer's premise has to be met by the buyer.
