We are looking for Brazilian sugar supplier in Portugal. Other requirement details are as follows :
Payment terms: L/C. port of delivery: CIF / Um Qassr in Basra, Iraq & FOB. Quantity: 50000MT white refined Brazilian sugar and subject to the following specs ;
A- Physical tests:
1-Sugar color must be white, refined and crystal-shaped provided that crystals standard sieve volume is (0.12 – 1.7) mm.
2-Sugar must be odorless and tasteless other than its distinctive usual sweet taste no matter being dry or hydrated.
3-Sugar must be void of insects and their litters.
4-Sugar must be valid for human consumption and consumed locally in country of origin.
B- Chemical tests:
1-Icumsa – degree Color : not exceeding 600 degree centigrade
2-Sugar polarization degree : not less than 7 & 99
3-Drying losses ( humidity) : not exceeding 0.1 % weight
4-Ashes test by induction method : not exceeding 0.3 % weight
5-Sulfur Dioxide : not exceeding 20 mg / Kg
6-Stirred sugar : not exceeding 0.04 % weight
7-PH : 6.8-7.2
C- Pollutants: pollutants limits in final product must not exceed the following rates;
Element : Max Limits / PPM
Arsenic: 1
Lead : 2
Copper: 3
D- Bacteriological tests: product must be void of morbid bacteria
E- Radiation: radiation concentration must not exceed locally adopted limits of (240-280 Beckrel / Kg)
F- Packing: sugar must be packed in brand new canvass or Polypropylene bags with inside embedded with Polyethylene bags of (50) Kg net weight the more or less of which is not permissible.
Terms of Discount: buyer is opt to accept the merchandise with a specific discount rate in case of any deviation from contracted specifications is detected provided that such deviation should be within permissible specs limits i.e. deviation should be within maximum and minimum limits as specified by competent authorities which issue such specs and certified by the competent technical committee on consignment delivery.
Partial shipment is accepted. Transshipment is not accepted until arrival in delivery port.
